Hello, I’m Laura.

Laura fully appreciates the Taoist philosophy of constantly balancing yin and yang for ultimate health and wellbeing. Life is increasingly yang driven, as people strive for outside gratification and validation to meet societies expectation, causing increasing levels of stress and disease in body, mind and spirit.

Yoga works to rebalance all areas. Providing a systematic proven inner and outer body cleansing, rejuvenation and restructuring. You know when this feels harmonious, as your body and mind tell you, they feel it. Which Is what makes people come back for more and more.

Laura feels fortunate to have been guided by some truly inspirational and passionate teachers during her years of practicing different forms of yoga and holistic healing. She is a firm believer of learning from a variety of sources, teachers and backgrounds to find what works best for the individual at a particular time.

Prior to yoga Laura pursued a career in counselling and had recently completed her Diploma in Art Psychotherapy. Free time was mainly spent being mum and whenever possible dancing salsa. She believes yoga encompasses all of her greatest passions including healing energy, mindfulness, creativity, movement and neuroscience, to work towards one’s true potential.

Laura lives in South West London, is a mad cat & nature lover and likes to learn from all of life. She aims to live her life on and off the mat via the 8 limb path of Patanjali, with her family and all beings.

Laura successfully completed her Vinyasa 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Program with Sadhana Yoga School London, registered with Yoga Alliance in January 2019. She has since achieved 60 hours of Advanced Yin Yoga Training in ‘The Art of Letting Go’ with Austin Ince RYT YACEP, as well as 65 hours Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Mama London, meeting the requited standards of Yoga Alliance UK.

At heart, Laura will forever remain a dedicated student and seeker of the truth; on the path of self-discovery to the True Self, that state of peace of mind and ultimate fulfilment that is available to us all, with practice and commitment to the connection ‘Yuj’ / Yoga within.
